    Cool

Good to hear from you Nigel.
Getting a little worried but was figuring on the "off the grid" scenario.
    Stay cool my friend.

Ah Thanks Roman, way off the grid for now, but as Huub wisely advised; coool drinks...(and of course the odd ouzo now and then)

All in all, it's not half bad Mike.

Odd ouzo...? Not likely Nigel. Remember, we pilfered young Matt Wynn's stash a while back. A good while. Now the "Savannah Queen" has floats! Sydney Harbour to New Zealand... plenty of the "odd stuff" for everyone.

1)Nigel was 'off the grid' last time he posted.
2)There have been a number of devastating forest fires in Greece over the past week.

Just to note that my gaming computer recently went "off the grid" in the electrical sense and I'm not sure when or if I will get a replacement. I'll still be reading here with great interest though.

Well I'm able to be back now. My CPU failed in my desktop machine and I have updated a laptop with a basic FS9 install package. I am surprised to see how nicely fs9 runs on an inexpensive machine. I do miss the large monitor.

Also can report really nice results with the Avro installed on FlaptopSX-SE (Steam Edition). I know it's off-topic here but I feel it would be bad form to discuss the Avros outside of this forum. It my current hardware-challenged situation, I'm having to make-do and I am really amazed at the quality of freeware and payware add-ons that are available. This big-box store laptop runs almost any add-on aircraft well, but the scenery settings must be dialed back to get acceptable frame-rates (20+fps). This is true with fs9, FSX and FSX-SE, equally. Once operating outside of fs9, I have become painfully aware of how small the fs9 world is becoming as legacy software fades away due to lack of maker support.

A little late to the party on this one, but nevertheless thank you guys for all your hard work. You lads do some amazing things. Was completely sold when i saw the SAAF bird earlier

    Regards
