To set the security permissions you have to be logged in as an administrator.

BTW what the hell is up with the license agreement for this program. It looks like latin. Translates as Latin but still means nothing.

It is not necessary to run it as administrator. All you have to do is give your log on profile full control of the folder that houses the Duenna files.
