If anyone could guide me how to fix prop animation in P3Dv4 I would be grateful!
Great tip Peter - thanks!
LOL !! Found the FS9 model and ran it through the MCX Transform-matic into a P3Dv4 exterior model. Then I merged the Carenado B200 VC and presto. Well the prop animation needs a fix but otherwise...
Just checking in to see if this is still progressing?
Hmm, yes, shot inspired a return to a 1960's FAA fest in the Med. Rob's Scimitar, Sea Hawk, and Sea Venom + UKMIL Bucc and Sky Sim Sea Vixen. Heavy metal landing on smallish flat tops = fun!

Hey, nice shots!
And now flying and bolting/ramp striking all over the place (I foolishly fly always with crash detection ON) I have been through the FAA Sea Hawks, Sea Venom, Scimitar (both Rob's and Virtavia are a...
Just a useful tip for others - when I mouse clicked on DaveB's get download "HERE" nothing would happen. But when I selected my download manage the link works.
Very helpful + appreciated Cees. My...
Thanks Cees. Sorry at which post number did you try? It's a long thread . .
Anyone know where to find the fine repaints of DaveB? Seems to have disappeared. I found some of Peter Watkin's Sea Hawk paints at flightsim.com.
Sad Flying Stations is gone. Having a bit of a...

Is that a PBR model shine I see or is that a MSFS or P3Dv6 feature (I am still in P3D4.5)?
Big fan of that FAA era and your fine Scimitar Rob!
Thank you for the Mariner. Always liked the old bird. Only problem is there are no visible props stationary or moving in P3Dv4.5.
These and similar problems with FSX is why I moved to P3D v4.5. The 64 bit runs faster and smoother - on the same PC - than FSX. No more CTD's when I a am about to land after a perfect long flight....
What a very nice story!
Got it all last year for P3Dv4 at least
Just kills me no 707 or 727 conversions after all this time
Almost forgot all the good work we did on Jim’s JetStar II
It and the Carenado F50 and Falcon 20 are my favourite “mid size” retro bizjets.
Where is the alternate VC for the Falcon available?
Looks great. Can't wait to brush up my STOL skills there.
Wow! Thought at first it was a dog legged 14th hole at a golf course!
I bought it a while ago before going to P3D 64 bit. One of the biggest and expensive payware mistakes I have made. Framerates made it almost unflyable and it was not a plane you can just auto start...
Solved it - the water graphics setting at "ultra" was the problem. Downgrading it to "high" solved it.
Also there is a 2013 set of tweaks and updates by Lloyd Dixon at avsim:

Already had a v1.20 in my hangar but downloaded this just out of curiosity. I get a crash taxiing/taking off on water with crash detection on.
Thanks - did think it might be an XML thing.
Have run as admin the XMLTools64 which says it finds P3D and is installed and seems OK.
Funny, been away and have only the Beaver and Otter in my...
