Great pics.

I am fine paying every four years or so too, however, that wasn't what was marketed back when it was launched so you can't blame people for having such expectations. People were led to understand...
Whilst I will probably buy the new Sim, my beef is that some basic stuff in 2020 has never worked reliably, AI traffic for a start was better in FSX and even brilliant packages like FSLTL have...
IIRC, it only works with Offline Traffic as this is the only option that falls back to a BGL.
The Thrustmaster T16000 can be set up either way, I've used this for several years
This problem with Asobo breaking things must get tiresome, especially for payware creators who have to go back and create fixes for something previously made through no fault of their own.
I've had some weird stuff going on since the last update. normally on selecting flights, it remembers the last weather pre-set that I chose. It doesn't anymore. Also, when choosing an airport to take...
Yes, the AIG folder that contains the sim objects, effects etc just needs to be in the community folder for them to work, I tried that last night. I spent a few hours experimenting with FSLTL and mix...
Had a dabble with this today, have deleted AIG as a result. The in-game interface, ease of installation, contrails in the sky and visuals haver made such a difference to the sim.
The best thing about this is that it allows you to use lots of folders to store addons. I have mine split by country and then further by airports & non airport scenery, global mods etc. Makes it...
Ah, brill, I'll have another play later thanks :)
Had a go of this today. Couple of issues though. It appeared that the parking brake wouldn't release for take off so had to start a flight in the air. Also, roll rate was poor. Whilst I haven't flown...
I tend to buy through ORBX as much as possible these days as the updater is simple to use and updates come out very fast. It's also really visual on what you've purchased with a red/amber indicator...
I had an issue with mine not synching, I had to manually start the XBox app up for some reason. No issues before SU7 update.
I just bought the P-51B for now. Lovely looking model, but the flight dynamics are a bit vague although I probably need to do some trimming and the prop texture is FS9 quality at best.
After SU7,...
I haven't got this addon yet, so can't make comment about the original, but those colours look pretty spot on to me.
This has been really useful. I had a go on my sons Quest 2 a month or so ago. Getting it connected was a complete pain in the backside, but eventually it worked. I felt sick afterwards and it put me...
Rob,
Loving the Meteor and Sea Hawk so can't wait to get my hands on this too, I'll be covering some miles in it when available :applause:

Been enjoying a few of Robs great planes :)
Looking forwards to seeing some more screenshots John :)
Great question that's been on my mind for a while too, for the same reasons. Think I might have to get it after reading this thread!
I'm running around 36mb/s and since update SU5, I can't stream enough to load the photogrammetry correctly over cities like London. If I turn on the rolling cache, it stutters a lot so I just avoid...
Wow, can't wait Rob :)
I for one enjoy logging on here and seeing bombers photo's, he always captures the atmosphere of a VFR flight and I've downloaded several addons as a result of his images.
Please don't leave,...
So easy to forget this. The steps I took are:
1. Rename to Community folder to Community.bak so that the game doesn't see it (reverse steps after updates are done).
2. Update game in Microsoft...
