Very nice John, love your PR blue, looks far more realistic than most...and great shots. To see those cloud shadows on that water surface, and remember what CFS3 was like! :encouragement:

Hi Folks,
Just uploaded something a little different that took my fancy (and distracted me AGAIN..ha!). Ported over from IL-2, a nice model of a Hannover CL-III German biplane escort/ground attack...

Martin,
The map display is fantastic, really like that ability. Did you build the gauge from the xml or is it using the inbuilt map facility?

Robin,
As S says it's just the format that's wrong or missing an alpha channel. Can you attach one of the textures, so I/we can take a look?

Very impressive R!
Just a thought based on your pics. Is there a way of reducing or getting rid of trees in certain areas in CFS3? No criticism of your work, but IMO there are too many trees and...
Hi T,
Yes, above will work, but if you have any other interactive programmes or addons with Fs9, then they will need sorting out.
You could try an easier one first....go to the Fs9.exe location,...
Huub,
Yes, I do like the old flying boats and floatplanes, and the Stranraer is a good one.

Hi Folks,
One of those long forgotten projects that I had hidden away. Stoney reminded me with his original post. I dug it out, re-vamped/modified it to create both versions, added in a modified...
Stoney,
What you need is the 'real' thing....;)
A little pressie for you, I'm starting a new thread, go see.

Huub,
Will there be another financial requirement, or is this years contribution goal for that migration?

Ok, NP, this is so far advanced from the standard CFS3 town/city anyway. When you've finished, it might be good for a laugh, to show a before and after shot of the town/city scape....

Looking very nice there R,
Yes, those roads in the last two pics, ie without the hard white borders, look so much more natural and realistic, spot on.
Would it be possible to put in more curved...
Ha ha..yes, I couldn't believe how fast, but it is for a much smaller amount...still good news though!

Hi Mick,
TBH if there's meant to be another pilot or observer, then I like to see my pal there (as long at it's a reasonable model!). Some people obviously don't (and have asked me to do the odd...
Nice one Jamie....
I know it's a real dilemma, in that these companies no longer exist, will have no interest in what happens to the software, no one is making any money from their work, but...
