Ha.....that did it! Just unchecked dual pass rendering and the water reappeared and the horizon line dissappeared! Now there is awesome water reflections, model reflections and realistic shadows....

I was hoping you figured out the aircraft shine issue with XP and Anchor's water effects. That may be some time coming I guess. :banghead:
