I'm not aware of any Howard 350 available for FS2004. So far it is only for FSX/P3D.

After reading your original post I tried myself to register on the new FSD forums and had absolutely no trouble at all.
I am not sure what your difficulty was - the registration requires...
I am having terrible problems with this plane bouncing badly on the take-off run at about 70 knots. I think the contact points are dodgy! Anyone else experienced this?
