    Priller,

I beg to differ. Many of us to varying degrees have had all sorts of issues with running CFS2 on a Windows 10 system:...

    Good morning,

I am pleased to report at out of 338 missions tested, only five need to be redone due to CTD errors or other issues. I don't think they're related to corrupted files.

    Chris and Kurt,

It would seem my CTD with Wolfi's library objects may have been the result of corrupted files on my end. I deleted the filelist.dat and .cdp files, and reinstalled the objects.

MaskRider, I have a question for you...

    Chris,

Years back, you produced a fix for Wolfi's small factory that would cause CTD errors when hit. I think his Factory_bldg_01 and _Factory_bldg_02 may have the same issue, although I'm not...

    Mark,

I'm using an older but serviceable version for the Battle of France that UncleTgt cleaned up for me. It looks like after the campaign package's release, I'll be making an upgrade!...

    Good morning,

I have upgraded my desktop to Windows 10 without any issues; the learning curve from the laptop experience made it much easier, because I knew precisely what to do. :encouragement:

    Andrew,

This is how the area around Interlaken looks with Sander's ETO scenery, LOD land class, and mesh. What setup do you have?

    Ravenna,

Being stubborn has its advantages. :p87:

And yes, I am running it right now in administrator mode with no issues. When I upgrade my desktop, now I know how to slay this mother****ing...

    Ravenna,

Finally, success. The last step was to make sure to copy all of the start menu shortcuts from one account to another. I used this method, and it worked perfectly:...

    Ravenna,

As long as I am in the Administrator logon, not a one. If I'm in my "normal" logon, every single bloody one is write-protected. :banghead:

    Ravenna,

That didn't work either. I'm ending up having to run CFS2 under a separate login as a local administrator. At this point, it seems to work normally. But what a colossal pain in the arse.
