I didn't use Saitek drivers - shoddy bit of work there. W10 manages just fine without interference so no icons. Then FSUIPC handles the rest in conjunction with SPAD. Other sims (XP, DCS etc) all...
My X52 now entering its 16 year of service still functions beautifully. Now in semi retirement as I went with VKB but the throttle side still in constant use as VKB's is just silly. :wiggle:
