I have finally found a round tuit! So this evening I uploaded a dozen of my recent repaints to my website - feel free to drop by and download a paint or a hundred...
You can find my website by...
Hello people, It's been a few years since I swung the brushes, but now I am back. I have the old website back online and I am in the process of uploading old and recent new paints.
Now, as I have...
This is sad news indeed. I never met him in real life, but we were Skype friends during the FSX years and Bill taught me more than just a few scenery tricks. I spent many a comfortable hour during...
Bu66er!!! If I buy this I won't need anything else for a long long while... OK, so where do we start? I mean. I don't want to run the "old and basic" cubs down in any way (A2A and all the others, and...
I like the view I get out of my office window - I get a good view anything that takes off or lands on 05 (I am on the fourth floor - or fifth if you are using US designations)
I use Corel Draw suite (I started with version 3 or 4 and kept upgrading every vew years) - but that makes me a very odd one out in the FS repainting club. I have tried the GIMP and found that it...
That's just made an old airframes and engines guy drool... Very nice collection, thanks
As gorgeous as she looks...
Might I ask for a variety on cockpit glazing and panelling too please (give them an inch and they'll take a mile, I know)

Sorry, can't enjoy.
I was rudely awakened by someone letting off fireworks outside my window. That was seven hours and fifty-four minutes ago...
Everything seems to lose its flavour with age. I went out and bought some fresh stuff recently and no, it didn't taste the same as the stuff in my larder...

You talk...
Lights...
Did no one notice the dimmable lights in the Bushhawk from Aerosoft?
Light switching is possible - and "cold and dark" is the real way to start a flight. Notice how developers are...
Yeah - folk only read what they want to see Bill - I am with you. I know it'll hurt, but FSX is at least up to date and will remain stable (as far as developement goes) for a good few years.
...
I feel the pain - but FSX is the only way to go. There is just so much more immersion possible.
Sorry all you niners...
OK then, they are almost ready for download...
I'll copy my signature in here, simply follow the link and drill through my website to the repaints section / helicopter repaints

Like I say - it is all a matter of preference - I happen to like glossy planes ;) To reduce gloss, you lighten the alpha. If it is too shiny for your taste, go down to 15% or even 10% black.
Oh,...
You obviously upset some nerd there David. Did you refuse a call for help or a dissatisfied punter?
Well there you go! Excellent video that just goes to show that something fool proof isn't...
Great use of the glass panel though.
Izzydunyet? Well, just the teensyest if tweaks lft, but...
The Nemeth bump map is a 1024 texture with "noise" added. The problem with noise on "small tiles" is that each spot is a pixel large - make bumps out of them and you get a nasty orange peel effect.

Cool!
'Ello 'ello... Chip Foose been busy?
What a way to get us punters to install "Silverlight" - I saw that, thought "Go Away in short sharp jerky movements"... and did. Microsoft is cluttering us up too much.
