Are you referring to FMOD Studio or the DC-3 sound package? If the latter, have you tried both AVSIM and X-Plane.org?

I think you need to install the 64-bit version of Douglas S. Dawson's XML for all the cockpit sound effects...

Haven't done it myself because I'm still using P3Dv3, but it shouldn't...
