If there is another patch, can the guns be removed from the 1950's versions, they are totally wrong.
Well, I am easily confused, but I do not see it here in the library? I'll wait until FS.com has it later in the day. Thanks Jan, it looks a real treat.
I still have this on my seldom used FS9, how are you using it, a new install with a patch?
I bought the Lanc via the CD too, now I have to go through the anoyance registering myself (and no doubt letting them sell my e-mail), just to get a version of the poduct that is still only 90%...
Looks like we might have a nice Easter then!!! I'll believe it when it's actually on sale.
That sounds very promising David, I guess what is needed is a little bit of PR at the front end of the AS website, as I said even the 'we are still here' sign is looking a bit jaded, especially after...
I was born and brought up near Goodwood (in fact I owned a house just where the FSX red message is, about 15 years ago) and have to say it is looking good.
You will need to remove most of that...
Excellent replies chaps, just the sort of discussion I had hoped for. :salute:
I am not writing them off, just bringing up the point that they are a shadow of the once market leading developer....
I do not want to start a 'bash Alphasim' thread, but thought it an interesting reflection (a weather gauge anyway) of the state of our hobby IN GENERAL.
Alphasim were responsable (as Phil Perrot...
That looks great, really blended in a treat. Now all we need is the AS Islander (which was developed and built there for many years) to really set it off.
To my eyes it's Bembridge on the I of W, but using default scenery (ugh!!!), it could be anywhere. If anyone flies purely VFR in England or Wales, I cannot stress the importance of using (costly...
She is in the new Add-Ons Library in the top right corner of the banner here...go get it NOW!!!
I suggest the XF-91 Thundercepter as a good subject with a mix of propulsion, in this case jet and rocket power. It worked pretty well as an aircraft, but got overtaken by the pace of 50's...
Here are the first shots of my scenery for Breighton, home to some stunning warbirds in the county of Yorkshire, England.
Owned by the Real Aeroplane Company (Spit, Hurri and P51 plus various...
Ready and waiting, for those that want it.................

Is that X3SZ Sutton Meadows? I can add it to my list, but it might be quicker to have a go yourself (if I can do it, anybody can!) as I also have these as WIP..
Wisley, Hatfield, Bicester,...
Here is my latest scenery for FSX and Horizon Gen X Vol3, Eshott Airfield (another old RAF airfield converted to GA use) and somewhere to explore the wilds of Northumberland and the Scottish Borders....
Lovely job there Andy, you cannot beat a nice bit of dayglo!!!!
I (and a great many others, both free and payware) use commercial and MS produced software to make airfields.
These usually include MS default objects, in a situation different to the original...
Was that model not updated to native FSX, or did I get it wrong?
That looks a nice model, but sorry (it must be an age thing:icon_lol:) that looks a very ugly and characterless subject aircraft. I am sure plenty here under 40 will disagree though!
My latest little scenery project, for the few here that use Horizon Gen X Vfr scenery, now up at FlightSim.com.
I just got an X-52 pro in a winter sale for £90, the throttle is a 10 out of 10, but the stick itself is about an 8 out of 10 in my book. The over-large finger guard keeps hitting a part of my PC...
The RAF has had female aircrew since 1966, although until the 1990s, these were all air loadmasters. these fast jet ladies have been around almost 20 years now, the early ones are now quite high up...
