The Freeware one is very nice, if you don't mined un-clickable cockpit, which is not an issue for me:

Easy to join their Facebook group, they seem quite welcoming. They even have the Milviz Phantom's available, always a favorite of mine in P3D.
Seems a bit childish on Dassault's part, why would they even bother, it's not going to effect them in any significant way, but I know they have a history of this type of thing.

I also seem to be spending more time in Helicopters since they became available in MSFS and I have wondered if it's the use of VR that makes them so much more usable than in previous sims.
