I agree with your tuppence worth and raise you to a thruppence!:encouragement:
I assume Mark Andrews is the main man still? A pity he can't do something like offering a DL of the AI aspects to those willing to pay as we did with WOFF and WOTR. AFAIK, there have been no recent...
Glad to see you around again John.
I take there has been no way to port that over to CFS3?
In fact digging into accident reports for that date , most P47 losses outside on the US seem to hve been P47Cs

So, WRT CFS3 and the spin offs, WOFF and WOTR, has anyone been able to improve AI performance in these sims, or is that tied to the base CFS3 program to which no one has access to? Not being familiar...
Yeah, I haven't so far found a reference to the actual model, but, as you said, given the time period, C was more than likely the correct model.
Thanks Andy. For all I know they could have all been 'C's in any case, so unless I hear to the contrary, I will use this.
As I'm not usually in to USAAF aircraft, but making potential Regensburg Schweinfurt missions means that I am looking for good 1943 P47Ds for the 56th, 78th,and 353rd Fighter groups, all flying 47Ds...
I would move it East just skirting Cornwall and Scotland to W 5*45' and North a bit with South part at South to N47*35'. This way more of Norway and more East of Berlin to include more of the old...
So, using the race track method, I have discovered that there is a limit to the number of waypoints, meaning either the BG squadrons race track is cut in wps or the BGs themselves have to join up...
Ah OK. So looking at your projection of the CFS3 map it could be shifted North to the Swiss German border and to just West of Glasgow and Wales? How much of Norway would that get?
So, projecting on G Earth, one could approximate this from approx the Swiss German boarder, and Brittany, all of the UK, up to approx N63° and E15° Below very rough idea!

Thanks. I'll check them out.
Ah! In any case I am reworking the whole first Bomb Group and Wing using the racetrack as seems more aesthetically correct. A pain in the butt though!:banghead:
OK I see what the racetrack does; in a way a more detailed idea than getting all the squadrons to join together at a 'loitering' point; in the end they all end up with the same coordinates with...
Thanks for those. I'll have a look see.
If you have that handy could you copy the text here. I don't seem to have it in any of my ETO installs.:dizzy:
Any missions with the B17 or B25 flares?
Your para 1.
We have b17 flare and recall within the ai_B-17G-80_002 folder. The only difference between ai_AvH_B-17G-80_002.xdp and ai_AvH_B-17G-80_002_flare.xdp is the effects line <Effect...
Further to my efforts to recreate Schweinfurt Regensberg missions.
1. We have ai Flare and ai Recall B17s which have effects in the effects section of the xdp files, but can I make a player ac to...
Great!:applause:
i think there would be practically 0 trees in the dockland; in fact I don't reme3mber many even back in the '70's when I taught in that area. The East End, Canning town and the whole dockland area...
Like your Nachtjagd aircraft the best of course!
Had a look and had these already. He just used the standard Shotai for 8 ac. IIRC not in Group boxes but I would have to fly then to see. I might plot a route on Google Earth and then use rhe "quick...
