Does this model have a real free castoring tailwheel? The MkI has not as the wheel moves together with rudder and it shouldn't. When I found out I never used it again.

Hi Thomas, thanks for the updated repaints. I noticed a problem with the front door on the right side of the fuselage on the 1956 livery.
In the long nose liveries everything is ok.

80 Years ago, USAAF B24 Liberators bombed the Dutch city of Nijmegen with roman and medieval origins by mistake. 773 people were killed, more than during the infamous bombing of Rotterdam...
Some years ago I had a flight in the PH-PBA of the Dutch Dakato Association for EHAM, runway 22. I was in the cockpit for some time and yes the cockpit is really small and cramped. The pilots are...
Maybe also some Luftwaffe aircraft?

I just tested the DC3 with the duckworks DC3 enhancement. The sperry works fine holding attitude (NOT holding altitude!) and heading. Nothing wrong there. I always start from cold and dark and use...
How about a Mosquito plague?

So much fun
I own the Messerschmitt Bf109 Owner's workshop Manual. Einsteigklappe is correct according to the photographs.

Exercise the landing configuration and low speed <200 kmh first at altitude. When you are comfortable with the nose high attitude and slow speed behaviour then attempt a landing. And DO NOT fly the...
Indeed they look perfect inside and outside, so much eye for details. I think the Spit cockpit looks more alive and real then that of the FI Mk IX. However with bespoke flight behaviour like the FI...
Indeed the FI aircraft and especially the BF109 are so much more realistic and fun to fly than any other warbirds in MSFS. In contrast the AH Spitfire Mk1A and P51D lack a lot in flightmodelling. I...
Tips for landing the Me109:
On downwind
- prop to manual, set at 12.00
- reduce speed to below 300 kmh (0.8 atm), drop gear
- full flaps
- reduce speed to 250 kmh, trim nose high
- tail wheel...

Copied from FI discord:
"It was the bf-109interior.xml file that was causing my CTD, found it by a methodical process of trial and error. Now I have reinstalled v1.01 but copied over...
Just set the rudder trim right, gentle on the throttle and give right aileron to counter the wing dip and the aircraft takes off perfectly straight. Looking forward to the much more difficult ME109.
The latest update is just brilliant. The Flyingironsimulations Spitfire is now probably the first and only aircraft in MSFS that flies and handles like the real thing.
True braking behaviour and...
Same here in the Netherlands
Indeed, and also very good and easy to reduce/increase transparency.
I don't own the DHC-4 but fly the DC3 a lot. What is wrong with the props? Is the disk and side view too dark and visible? This can be fixed in minutes with paint.net. You don't need AH for that.
Here are some screenshots.

Yes, in general the Luftwaffe aircraft (and other Axis aircraft) have always been neglected in the Microsoft flightsimulators. I would love to see the Bf109/Me109 but also the Fw190, Me110 and some...
I just made a short flight. The sperry pilot worked as it should. Started as described in the manual. No buttons but setting the hydrolic lines from landing gear/flaps to the sperry manually.
I flew in the DDA DC3 some years ago. The sound is right, the level is perfect! What struck me is the tiny cockpit.

Does the landing gear lever have a neutral position? After unlocking the safety latch I can select gear up and down but I cannot get the lever in a neutral position like the flaps lever.
Is the...
