I have not tried the Captain Sim F104, what I would say though is if you are going to buy it then get the boxed version, it saves a lot of hassle if you have to reinstall at some point.

I dont have the download manager and have re-installed the F4 several times without problems!!
Nice work Doug, looking forward to seeing the finished bird.
At first I thought I was on the wrong site!
I like the new look and if it keeps use safe from hacking then that has got to be a good thing.
Well done Pete, I forgot the Cloud9 Phantom and the Aerosoft Beaver is good too.
The only payware aircraft I use a lot is the Captain Sim C130, if you can buy it on CD it saves a lot of hassle, their customer support is bad!
Thanks Ian, found it!
Anyone know where I can find the Trans Global Blackburn Beverley, their website has gone and can not find it at Avsim or Flightsim.
Thanks
I must have re-installed FS9 half a dozen times during 2009, each time the installation has become smaller.
Currently my installation is only 11.5 Gigs.
My back up folder which contains all...
Go to settings and then general and uncheck the "pause on switch" box, this will allow you to access other while you are flying without FS9 pausing.
See if that cures it
Nice paint job, I would guess it is the Cloud9 F4.
Obio I know how you feel, I was hit with a virus on new years day and had to wipe both hard drives. Last night (tuesday) I just finished installing and setting everything up.
Fortunately I lost...
Thanks to everyone at SOH for keeping me sane throughout the year.
I hope everyone enjoys the christmas break.
All the best
Nice screenshots, I sure I would have found something else to delete though!!
I went to my local office supplies outlet and bought the cheapest one they had and it works fine, the cable gets a bit tangled up at times though.
It is made by Labtec.
Thanks very much for that, I will give it a try.
All the best
Has anyone managed to get the autopilot in the simshed wessex helicopter to work.
I have downloaded the autopilot package and gauges from but for some reason it wont work.
If you have got it...
Well done guy's, your contributions to SOH have always been appreciated.
FPS has always been an issue for me, I think I will have to do a bit of research to find out more, I do not want to spend money on something that will not run properly.
Your right Dave the Aerialfoundry F18 is great too, thanks for the reminder.
Thanks Feng and Andrew,
Most of my flying is VFR below 5,000 feet so Radar Contact is going to be no good.
I have liked the look of the VRS Hornet for a while, it will be a good to get this...
With all the sales going on, I have to choose between Radar Contact and the VRS Super Hornet.
Does anyone either and what do you think of them?
Thanks
Thanks for the advice, I think I will get christmas out the way and take a look at upgrading things then.
Appreciate you help.
Falcon, I am still using your Winkleigh scenery, thanks again...
I have an EPOX EP MF4-J Motherboard.
I did look at changing the processor and upgrading memory before, I cannot remember the out come though.
My memory probably needs upgrading too!
Thanks Duckie, I think I will let the AEW go and stick with what I have.
