Uh Oh... The download servers are going to be VERY busy!!!
:redfire:
Been checking in on the thread almost daily, and watching with great amazement and anticipation. Grew up hearing and seeing these fly over my house in San Diego. Will definitely be flying these a lot.
Can only say Thank You to Milton and the entire team, and am only sorry I wasn't able to help much in this project, except for being part of the cheering squad from the sidelines.

LOL Thanks Don.
Actually I was mistaken about the one today .... there will be at least two today. :wiggle:

They fly real well. Thanks, Milton and "Grumman Seven" Project Team.
Took them up for a short hop first thing. Only item I need help on is the ILS. Not sure how to get the power on to change it.
Cheers

Thank WH.
I will mention that some folks experience overly sensitive pitch trim. If you are one of them, speak up so I can assess the severity.

I've been following this since the beginning, and can't wait to try them out !
Thanks to all the flightsim Gods that cooperated to produce this.

A very large thanks to Milton and an amazing group of talented folks. Beautiful airplane, the sounds are awesome, just an exceptional package all the way around. Took her for a quick circuit around some scenery I just completed. . . .short field landing. . .no problem.
"ooops" forgot to mention that this is in FSX.

I see you found the search light switch :-)
How do you feel about pitch trim sensitivity?

Milton, first of all thank you so much, to you and all the other guys who participated in this project. It's a great plane and I can't wait to take it out of the hangar.
I could not resist testing it in FSX, and it displays quite well (I'll have to change the prop texture but that's fine). I noted some issues there:
- for an unknown reason, the resolution of the overhead panel is much lower than the main panel. The main panel is crisp and clear, but the overhead is blurry and pixelated, hardly readable in fact.
- there is something, like invisible 3D objects, which are "blocking" the clickability of the overhead panel switches. In fact, if I move the position of the camera more up, then the buttons become clickable. Most severe problem is with the starter button, which is unclickable until I move the camera really close to it.
Appart from this, it's a beauty. I have not rolled out of the parking space yet, still taking my time to discover the cockpit and the features :)

Hello Daube :-)
I knew you could not resist, even though the File Id says "NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN FSX". :wiggle:
Euroastar350 says that he will convert all these aircraft to Native FSX. Depending on whether and when he gets to them, I may do a port over version set taking in consideration any issues found.
To give you high-res gauges on the main panels, I used 3 1024 textures, plus one for the console. With that, I could not use but one 1024 texture for the overhead panel which is quite large. Therein lies the answer to the lack of clarity on the overhead, trying to minimize jerkiness in the priimary gauges.
