Windows 10 1909 Update
Recently installed WIn 10 update 1909 and noticed that a newer version of notepad was installed that displays blank icons for txt files.
Found a so called fixit site that stated the there are two versions of notepad in different folders. Permissions is required to replace the newer
version with the older version that would display the familiar blue icon. I tried that to no avail and for the time being, I am using notepad2
which displays the familiar blue icon.

Anyone else experience this?
I also noticed that there is a windows.old folder (maybe a backup to revert to?
