Just for reference CP you need to state the modeller/developer of your aircraft choice in your first post for each leg as both Alphasim (AS) and Rob Richardson (RR) made a Sea Hornet NF21 but they fall into different categories.
The Alphasim one is classed as a 'thoroughbred' due to it's 'hot' FDE and is restricted in the number of legs that can be flown in it.
The Rob Richardson one is not restricted, if you are using the FDE developed by myself and 'DangerousDave26', and can be used repeatedly with no penalty.
Welcome to The Great White North...
The snow is white, the buildings (where there are any) are white, your breath is white, the sky is white, the bears are white, the grease, debris and bloodstains are not...
I'd keep alert for notices in case Moses comes up with an addendum to facilitate the Alaska Staging Route, or maybe get a carrier stationed in the Bering or Sea of Okhotsk - or a SAR destroyer :adoration:
RE: P3Dv4 - none of the White List aircraft have been tested in this sim (as it's "new" since last year) and any performance changes are therefore not known. On the other hand, at this point it seems unlikely that the V4 engine will significantly 'hack' things so, for practice, let's assume that if it was OK for FSX/P3Dv3, use in V4 will be OK. Whether the model works and is flyable in V4 is for the user to determine and with a month to go I don't foresee the cavalry arriving to do any significant testing. Bear in mind that there may still be issues with compatibility of weather depiction in P3D vs the older sims. Keep Calm and Flog On!
Hmmm.....Rufe legs Dave????????
:wavey:

*I*, that would be me, am going to get totally, completely, wild, weird, and crazy, if y'all don't mind.
I am going to try going West-to-East. I know, it's against all the rules and traditions, but I just have to do it.
Starting my flights all over, my first will be EGPH to EDDK. I will do the correct and proper baton post as soon as I can get going this lovely day. Gimme a few minutes to fire things up...
Pat☺
You might want to start a new west-east practice thread Pat so people don't get confused as to where the baton is. :dizzy:
Roger that!
Will do asap. I don't want anyone else moving into my state. You know, the State of Confusion :biggrin-new: :dizzy:

Edit:

I have baton. CYZF -> CYVQ (Normal Wells), SOH F7F-3, Default real wx.
Weather is basically "stinko". Are we still going to Korea? Some previous posts now have me slightly confused, a state that is easily induced for me...
At altitude. About 50 minutes out. The weather isn't stinko at all really, just dark... Unless you would call a 50 knot head wind stinko, that is...
Ok, now the weather is stinko. I can't see the ground anymore. I could ten minutes ago. And the head wind is now 60 knots. ETE 0:36.
