Are the holes in the back of the nacelles the exhaust stacks for the individual cylinders?
If so, an interesting concept. Though they were flare dispensers for a short second.

I beleive they are for the sonobouys to pop out of.

The S2E Tracker has a flare drop launcher on the starboard side.
The S2G also had flare launchers in the starboard nacelle.
