Blurries after payware scenery install

I added FS Dream Team's Honolulu/Hickam AFB scenery to P3D the other night. I also ran the tweaks tool on the right side. Since then, my textures are very slow to load and the terrain is blurry. I've since uninstalled that scenery and removed the addon manager. But my blurries continue.

If I delete my P3D.cfg file, will this rebuild and start me from scratch? No I didnt save a copy as I didnt think the tweaks would affect everything in such a negative manner.
