Thanks gX - we had a thing going on triplanes recently - here's another -
Sarri triplane of 1933.:italy:
Don't have much on the designer, Tommasi Sarri.
Seems there are a lot of tripe experts round here ! :very_drunk: over to Texas !
Small unassuming twin to decipher...

'tis the Capital 1 transport. :china:
Correct on the Asian delight.:icon29:
Over to the lowlands-
Now I don't normally 'do' gliders - but here's an interesting motor glider with a difference -
The glider is a modified Arsenal SA.103 with four SNECMA Escopette pulsejets tested in 1950.
... and the right plane in the background is a SIPA 111.
You get the beer, gX,:icon29: although your customary accuracy has slipped a tad - this was a modified SA 104, not 103 (longer fuselage, etc).
Naturally, being French, there exists a multitude of designations - let's call it the SNECMA/Minie-Arsenal Emouchet - in this case subtitled Escopette - here are the undisguised pics for those who like them....
Thank you Mike. :)
Here is my next offer:
NAA XB-28A
Chris
A :icon29: for Chris!
NAA XB-28A
Actually, Chris slipped up there - that's the number of his Swiss bank account........:jump:
For those without a Swiss bank account the full-version answer :engel016:
North American XB-28
It was hard to tell the difference between XB-28 and XB-28A as one had NAA turrets and the other GE turrets.
and now for your viewing pleasure.
Chris

Why did you leave the Macchi M.14 on the fin?
Please post a new plane!
GX, I wish you had not said anything! I didn't even notice the tail markings myself.
In this situation, you could have remained quiet and let the others have a go. This is a fun gentleman's game and not a serious competition. So let's have some fun and learn a little something and not worry about guessing every mystery. Hope you understand as we appreciate your obvious aviation knowledge.
Off my soapbox now.
BG- hate to ask but do you have another aircraft for us?
With a quick answer I hoped to catch BG before he leaves, such that one of us could post a new quiz.
