:dizzy:Here are some shots of three of the planes that I have selected for the Low/slow, but the question is which one! hehe!

Just enjoyed a Swift joyride over the sights of Lisbon. Here is a Tourist's view of the Castle of Sao Jorge, the Moorish hilltop castle that overlooks Lisbon's historic center.

Doing a little flight testing of the Super Cub in the UK.
Made a trade with a fella who wanted the Navion I'd based in Abbeville.
Might take a day or two depending on any French labour unrest but I'm enroute LFOI to Spain with a planned stop at LFCS (Bordeaux)
A low and slow summer tour of Portugal and Spain. The diminutive Ercoupe should do nicely.
Feliz vuelo!

Ya can't talkhimoutta anything! :p87:
Thought of that bit Rami. Great stuff from Mr. Brooks.
Also thought about the Pythons take on it. "Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!"

Delightful initial experience with the Spanish Inquisition. A trip over rolling countryside to the university town of Coimbra (the 1290 university is one of the oldest in Europe). Moses03, MM, Willy, srgalahad, and Taco in the Ercoupe, Swift, Super Cub, and two Fairchilds.
Gathering for the start and then at the end of leg #1
Rather pleasant flight up the coast to Porto.

Here are two photos we took at the start of the first flight.
Chaves, Portugal seems to have a tail heavy Cessna outlet nearby.:biggrin-new:

Traded the Super Cub in on an older German plane that used to be owned by the US Government.
Not sure what happened to Willy's bright yellow paint!
Ah, ok, I see now. Got it sorted, check your email

Decided that the Messerschmitt was a bit fast for our purposes. Switched to one with some shade for the cockpit and a heck of a cabin ventilation system.
Howdy,Well, everything started off real good for a change on flight 19 flight from LPEV to LPFR. Me and the F-24 were just pupping along when the oil pressure started to drop and the engine was heating up some what. Made a 180* turn an headed back to LPEV. Made it back OK and just as we touched down the engine just gave up and locked up tighter than, well anyway it was a goner!Grab my gear and headed to a small cafe here at the airport. Looking like I had been rode hard and put away wet set me gear aside and climbed up on a stool at the counter. Hehe sure got some strange looks for the local folks, well, I was eating the local fair along with some very strong coffee, when this here fellow came up and asked me if I was the guy that landed the F-24 a little time ago, Yep, I am the dumbbell I answer. Make a long story short I got out of there with me lunch being paid for my this here fellow, and being the new owner of a Waco, and with a lot lighter wallet! Now I couldn't even afford a down payment on a free lunch. lol
While T was wheeling and dealing, I broke out some metal polish and did a little detail work on the paint. Got the metal a little shiner and it's more personalized now. Piglet did this one right!
On the way to Seville. Heard they have a decent barber there...

A very nice flight from LEZL to LXGB all went great until FSX, again, said I had a problem and shut down.
Nice flight to Gibraltar! I forgot to take pictures though until after we had landed.
If it wasn't the FSX saying it had a problem and then it shuts down, it was the darn weather, After one power outages I was doing OK, and then bingo it shut down again, and this time I couldn't logon to the Multi-player. Well anyway, I did the flight today, and also did some sight seeing. Hehe, if you look close at one of the pictures that show the side of that Fort looking place you will see me plane, boy, does it looks small next to that building. I sure hope the next flight FSX and the weather stays COOL, at least until I finish the flight.
Wasn't enough room in the Waco for the BBQ grill and other necessities.
We made it to Madrid albeit with a wee bit of corrugation envy. Still it was a great flight as usual!
Nice flight from Madrid. MM had a local tour group set us up on the outbound leg. Scored a goal flying through the Gate of Europe towers.
Note: At one point had three Taco Waco's buzzing about. Strange stuff that.
