New IJN CV at Mas' Ship Yard

Peperez found a new item on Mas' web site. Mas, one of our favorite shipwrights seems to have a new ship under construction. I was thinking it looked like the Shoho or the Ryujo, but the bow is somehow different. Perhaps it is the Chitose, a converted seaplane tender.

HMAS Sydney and a new Japanese destroyer
