Fairly important find...Robert John's vehicles FYI

Good afternoon,

In order to have more variety when creating German and British vehicle convoys, I have used Robert John's vehicle object library.

Using them, I discovered that Robert John's vehicles would not move even when spawned, and when I pondered why, a check of the .dp file told me why. Apparently, for vehicles to move they need gunstations, which were lacking. So for the German vehicles, I simply copied the gunstations from Wolfi's German vehicles for the German fuel truck and ambulance from Robert John's package.

For the British and American vehicles, I coped the .50 caliber gunstation from the Bedford truck and added that to the .dp file, and now everything works as it should.

The gurus here have trained me well. Can you handle these mods on your own, or should I post the modified .dp files?

Voyager et al,

Here are the revised .dp files for Robert John's vehicles that include the missing gun stations. Use these to overwrite the .dp files after deleting any accompanying .cdp files.

Good one Andrew, thanks a lot. If you don't want a vehicle like an ambulance or fuel truck to shoot at you, the gun needs to be aimed vertically into the ground.
