Edit:
Let me rephrase my last, PC aviator is listed as one source to purchase it from. When you go there, they (PCAviator) doesn't list them (AH).
Guess it will all be sorted as to the actual sources to purchase. Just going by what is advertised.

From AH webpage.
If you are purchasing from an EU country please use one of our preferred partners
FS pilot shop
PC Aviator store
I don't like FSpilotshop, they have a special price for backup of links (!) so for me (I'm from EU) PCAviator is ok only.
I looked at both those sites and got nowhere. I ended up going to the AH Facebook page and purchasing it there. Look for the store link on their FB page.
I do not have PayPal and cannot get through the PCAviator or FS Pilot sites. What to do?
Caz
I'm not a FB member. What now? I do have Paypal. I have accounts with PCAviator and FS Pilot however, it's not listed there to buy.:confusion:
EDIT: I tried calling PCAviator at their 1-800 number, no answer, maybe they are not open yet, (on west coast usa time maybe?)
My guess is that it may take a few hours for the Grumman to show up at PC Aviator and FS Pilot Shop. AH wouldn't have provided the links if they had not intended to distribute the Grumman at these sites.
As for Facebook, what can I say. I joined some time back because it was the only way to stay in touch with family. I've noticed that many of our favorite developers have FB pages to promote and even sell their products. I'm currently monitoring the Carenado page to see if there is any news on their Hawker. Wave of the future, I guess.
This the worst release announcement I have ever seen. In fact, I 'm not sure it has officially been announced at all. None of the store links work, nor does the PayPal on the AH page.
After experiencing FSPilot Shop with the Globe Swift purchase (slow to post and never send notifications via e-mail) I decided all future purchases would be made through AH. I did that this morning for the F3F and aside from the discount coupon not working (said that offer had expired) the purchase itself was quick and painless. I used PayPal and it went through without any hesitation.
What I presume.
As for the delay for EU customers, it is stated on the website:
[...]
Please note that due to logistical and geographical issues beyond our control, the product may not be available immediately from these stores. The delay should be no longer than 48 hours. We thank you for your patience.
[...]
So I'll be waiting patiently, no need to rush, kick a$$ or call names.
Cheers,
Mark

looks great - no discernible impact on FPS - another winner...and I thought it was going to cost more - glad that didn't happen
PS - she compares real well to the one on the flight line
PPS - be sure to read the startup procedure in the manual - its the usual process, but with a few extra key clicks - and you must hold the starter button down until the engine catches - very nice touches throughout.

Never had this much fun with a Barrel. Probably the fastest 'into the cockpit' experience I've ever had. From the time I got to the website to purchase till I was in the cockpit was about 5 minutes. Good Job on this one AH:applause:
It looks great and hopefully the Pilot Shop will have it up sometime this week:jump:
Those shots look really, really nice. I'd like to pick it up the minute I get home, but realistically, I should wait a bit... I'm starting to get a large backlog of planes I want to spend more time in, including the Swift!!
People, please read the notices on the buy it now pages you will see that we have indeed pointed out the delay in the product reaching FSPilot Shop and PC Aviator. Also if you don't clear the cache/history on your machine, our website may not have updated with the new announcements.
We have been asked to include PC Aviator and have managed to negotiate a deal with them. Please understand that many other resellers charge very large commissions which limit any profit and make the whole business questionable unless one charges considerably more for the product. We don't want to do that, the F3F-2 stays at $19.95.
We are trying very hard to improve the buying processes but we have no control over the reseller sites logistics or timing to place product in store.
To those that have downloaded, thankyou and have a barrel of fun.:engel016:
Ok, I'm bored. What's next? ;-)
