    Hi Tony, Very nice work indeed! I've taken off and flown around for 10 minutes (no shaders files) and have had no problems at all. Lots of eye candy and little scenes that make up an immersive airfield :). I take it the group of buildings off to the side were to aid in selection? There's a smiley face on the ground there so one of the model names is iffy but that won't cause any issues. I'll try again later with the shaders installed.

    Hi AT, no video's specifically for 1.5 that I know of. Its pretty much a click and follow the prompts install. 1.4 over 1.5? 1.5 ads in new content to pretty much every category in game and refines existing files a great deal, locations, aircraft, vehicles, missions, etc etc If you like 1.4 you'll love 1.5 regards ROB.

    Thanks for the links chaps :0)! After a quick look I can see inside the gvp files but not edit or extract the voices yet. It seems that M$ were teasing us, take a look at this lot! These are the British air, ground and wingman files, how good could cfs3 have been if they'd delayed release long enough to get everything working?

    Ah. I'd forgotten about it using two main texture sheets. I suppose it could be redone to fit a single 2048 sheet with UVW XForm. Let me know if you're interested.

    Robert, do not use the Material Navigator to do this: don't, don't, don't! You are using the Navigator to pick your material, but what you're actually doing is loading the map only into the Material Editor: You must load the complete material into the editor:

    How is this project coming along? I am looking for the wright combination for the following theatre : PTO Solomon, DPC korean skies. With the latest Ankor mods posted with ETO1.5 when prompted the wather turns deep green almost brown.

    Going on from Rene's unwanted BoB sounds thread - In the sound file there are a number of GVP files. Air, Pilot, Wingman and Ground. I can guess where Pilot and Wingman voices are used but what about the the Air and Ground ones (also there is no air_USA.gvp)? Is this another tease that M$ left us with? Can they be edited?? ta, Clive :0)

    Will give it a go Tom. There are 2 textures for the body and wings so I think that a mos file is only going to work on one of them anyway, isn't it? Hopefully as Daniel (Gecko) has volunteered to lend a hand with this, I don't have much of a clue!

    Let me think on how to simplify the process. The reason it is so complex is because of the different systems that use X-Plane...it accommodates all of them if you just figure how much your system can handle of X-Plane's versatility.

    I got into X-Plane at version 7 and was stunned by the flight dynamics compared to FSX and other sims, but the empty world was such a turn off. I only flew it just get a bit realism in my simming and then A2A came out with Accu-Sim and I went back to flying mainly FSX again. I came back when I saw X-Plane 10 and I love it...but it still bitc## to setup. But once you finally get it... it is WOW! Ted

    Hay ya bro, long time no see. Iv bean trying to catch up with you guys for a game for a while now but time has bean very short of late. And to make matters worse i have recently had to nuke my HD and start again . Doh! 85G of data and programs takes a while to reload and 6 different installs of CFS 3 are low on the list at the moe. But you can be sure ILL BE BACK . Say Gday to the Brothers from another mother for me mate, shoot you soon lol.
