wow.....what memories of that tower. I wwent to my AFUN "P" school and first A school at Millinton. Spent many off hours sitting at the tower watching the airtraffic come through. I believe if I'm not mistaken....where the FBO is....was a big old hanger filled with jets for school students to work on.

sorry I haven't responded but I will get my repaints ready for release later this week. One they are ready and I have links for download...I will make it known here and will message links to those who want them. I am only offering them here in this manor because I don't want them out on any sites. I know I'm kinda wierd about it I guess. I just don't want anyone taking credit for my work, and that of another gent who dia a shading layer for me. Of interest in this image is the variation of thw white sploiers on the QG-00 bird. Not many units had them painted this way and only a few of 131's birds had them this way. The 211 bird is the standard way of painting the the fuselage color.

Ya...but if I remember correctly all the rivets were part of one of the weathering layers. I'd love to do a new overall gunship bird as the one they did seems too blotchy with the weathering and not enough drop shadows on things like rivets and panel lines.

Has anyone piggy-backed a realityXP gauge to drive the G1000 yet? I am waiting for feedback on how it works before pulling the trigger; I read a post over on Avsim forum that stated the user had an issue with the G/S not acquiring or locking on during a WAAS approach...Ryan?

Yes, Ryan. I did that with the Cirrus they put out a few months ago. I know I can, but why should I have to? They make great exterior models, with excellent-looking avionics that have *default* functionality? Just ranting. Don't mind me. I never expected anything more than what has been released anyway...but one can always hope to be surprised...

Did they add LPV capability? If not, it is a waste of money for me...I have enough 'eye candy' to last me years.... ....edit....just checked the product page. Still no updateable AIRAC, LPV/WAAS capability, etc... Sorry, but this one is a 'pass'. looks really really nice on the outside though. Should make for some great screenshots. lol.

I wish there was a layered paint kit for this one.....the weathering is not as good as it could be. I have held off doing paints because of the lack of a layered paint kit.

they look awesome.....the last one...the interior images looks ona bad angle? Maybe the model can be rotated or something to fit the image better? But not being one to get my hands dirty with this stuff they look great. which I knew how to place items like this in scenery. :applause:
