Hi Guys, I very rarely come in here, let alone post,but would just like to say thanx Clive and helpers for the Add-On BoB. :salute: ( And especially this latest Goodwin Sands Dornier -17. as I've been following this for some time now. ) We are now into hosting at least one BoB game a week over in SOH Flight Center and it's a pretty nice game room to be in, very period and a nice selection of aircraft. :jump: Mucho appreciated fella's. These are a real treat, PC! I like the Storch on takeoff, you can really see the HP leading-edge flaps as well as the trailing-edge ones, but to see the Avro tripe fly definitely put the crown on your day. :applause:

Are your animations using Local reference coordinate system? They will follow the pivot's orientation if they do, but if using the default View rcs they won't. That's the little box on the toolbar which says View by default. BTW, Reset XForm will reset scale and transform, there's no need to do the other two as well, and Reset XForm aligns the pivot to world, not the object.

Since it's the Beeton restoration workshop at Cosford which will be doing the job, it's not likely to be more than cleaning up the remains and stripping the weed and barnacles off. Think displayable wreck, not Grand Winner at Oshkosh or Duxford. Speaking of Cosford, guess where I'm taking the gang shortly...

Yes it does work in the mission and with other planes, but the moment I hit the location button the game shuts down. Dont know what is causing this lock-up.

I have a problem;I putted Scampton on QC in order to get a feeling of the animation from the air and it worked great! but now when I attemp to use another airfield in QC or another level (ex. 2500ft) the moment I select the location button the game shuts down.:isadizzy:

That's a good start. :applause: The place to go for more info and help is the FSDeveloper forum. Scenery development is the busiest section of the forum imo and there are many Sketchup users.

Don't know about that Bill, but it's a beast that made me laugh out loud. RNAS Yeovilton air show, a few years back, had one on display. This big old stringbag lumbered out to the runway, engine farting and banging away, and I thought what is this heap of old junk? Then it seemed to roll about forty feet and lift straight off the ground, climbing at about 20 degrees (my estimate)! The landing was just as funny, full flaps and throttle cut it sank very steeply, but very slowly from about 400 feet and stopped in enough space to turn a truck. The runway did seem under-used... :icon_lol: This model is a real treat out of so many good ones these days. :medals:

Very true, I have searched maps of the eastern USA for Noo Yawk and Joizie without success, but I just know I've been there. That said, there's a city back home called Liver Pewl and I keep missing the motorway junction. However I defy any non-Brit to correctly pronounce Cholmondeley, Featherstonehaugh and Milngavie on first acquaintance. Not to mention Machynlleth.

If Alabeo "churn out" models purely for profit then I'm bound to say there are better business models around: thousands of hours to sell some hundreds of units at 20 dollars a time? But if Alabeo are people who enjoy building models for FS and charge to recoup some of the necessary costs then kudos to them. Just because there's a price tag doesn't make them Adobe, but some will never understand that.
