As far as I can remember you can find Robert Bruce's Brisfit for CFS3 at Simviation.

It seems to me that the amount of detail, especially on the deck, makes it easier than with other carriers to maintain the right flightpath during landing. My only wish would be that there would be the possibility to have planes on the deck. Landing with a forward deck full of plans should ad to immersion. I know that planes carried varied by period, but I don’t mind that too much, if the option of an empty deck were maintained.

This all seems like good news to me. But can you us even more news about the progress of the D-Day scenery? When will it be released?

Did you by any chance make a typing error? You can block the text in the manual (shift+mouse) and then save it as wordfile (and then hopefully, but I haven’t tried yet) copy it into your panel file). Does anyone know where I can find the entries for AICarriers? They do not seem to be in the manual.

Ted, if you want information on the SSW’s: I have some scans from books and photos of a full-scale model that can be seen in the Luftwaffenmuseum in Berlin. I also have material on another special German plane, the Junkers D.I all-metal monoplane WWI fighter (some examples were at the front in 1918), including photos of a full-scale model (also in the Luftwaffenmuseum). This plane has sometimes been called ‘the Me-262 of WWI’. Should you ever want to make one for OFF or FSX; I can send you the information on both planes on DVD.

This is a plane I have been waiting for for years! There is a freeware one for FS2004 (Alphasim) but its VC is very basic. I have OFF but I’ll buy the next version even if the SSW is the only plane in it!

I fully agree and I thought one was in the works.

I think I've cracked the nose-over problem. For some reason I had a tailhook section in the aircraft.cfg file despite the hook configuration being hard-coded (or so I believe). Took it out and things are much better.
