I did try that, but every time I started Edge, it just went to a page stating "where to go next", or something like that. then I typed "Internet Options" in the search bar, and... wow, there was the known window to set the home page. Hence why I went back to Chrome.

Yep, Jens-Ole beat me to it. He did a wonderful job on that North Dakota ANG scheme. Look in the usual places for "f102_ndak_v2.zip". :ernaehrung004:

Turning off wifi sense, and setting the internet connection to "metered" were the first things I changed as soon as Windows 10 finished installing. Oh, And I turned off that nosy assistant

Well the upgrade from W7 on the laptop went smooth. Seems to load up slower than W7. I had W8 upgrade on it before, that loaded up really fast, but as I hated W8, I rolled back to W7 at that time. Other than the slower startup, all seems to be working fine so far, and no driver issues. I looked at Edge, but quickly went back to Chrome. Can't even get to internet options without searching for it, so that you can change the home page. It's not letting you load a new tab with the home page either. No, I will stay with Chrome.

Just got home from work. The laptop shows the download completed. I postponed the install till the morning. As it's too late right now. I'm certainly curious on what windows 10 will bring. But my flight simulator desktop will remain on windows 7 fos at least a few months. It;s running just fine, so I don't want to mess it up.

I got the initial email, and today the second one. As this is not how a product usually is presented, I didn't click on the link, and was going to email PCAviator to find out is the email was legit. I never had problems with purchases from PCAviator, but this email correspondence certainly made all alarm bells go off.

Okay, my message above might have been a bit harsh. As these are "discussion" forums, I do enjoy hearing from simmers when they agree or disagree with something. And sure there are aircraft that we like to see newer reditions of, like the constellation (as an example). I just had to address the fact that there are members making statements, proving their right or wrong based on assumptions or incorrect facts. You are all free of your own opinion, and I enjoy reading them, but keep them as such.. "your opinion".

Maybe if you are not in to more realistic flight simming, but..... Seriously, what flight simulator platform are you on? Let's do the math: FSX default DC-3 not even worth mentioning Strike 1 Just Flight DC-3 An improvement to the default, but not up to par with current standards Strike 2 MaamSim DC-3 FS-9 conversion, so not FSX native Strike 3 Manfred Jahn's C-47 an excellent FREEWARE rendition if this iconic aircraft Finally scored.

You can probably ignore the quote above from fsxar177 since I believe he has left Vertigo Studios (I told this by a trusted source) to start his own modeling company making a Cessna 170. The only reliable source for info is going to be Deano himself. :ernaehrung004:

I'm really dying to see this product come out, and the latest thing I see on it are some "many months old" cockpit shots that look fantastic. If I had to guess (and it's a complete guess on my part), finding coders seems always to be on the critical path of these projects. Still....really looking forward to this one. Hopefully the repaint kit will be a good one, since the repaint possibilities with this one will be pretty much endless... Kent

Well, I uninstalled my CS727, ran Regcleanerm and then installed the new versions of the CS727-100 and 200. All is working fine, and I see a slight increase in fps.

Hi Kent, Didn't you have a MCAS El Toro in the works back in Nov 2008? Any status? Regards, Bill
