Yes, I do (mostly) fool around unlike any other simmer, I am afraid. For example I downloaded 'cc10taf.zip', which is Lyon's Travel Air, but has a PT Cruiser vehicle inbedded in zip. I extract, add sound, add panel and drop into FSX. Then I go work on cnt pts. After that I find a suitable FDE from some simular vehicle and trial & error EVERYTHING that is adjustable, which usually takes me 3 or 4 days of 4 hr simming per day. Then I enjoy driving it on FSX roads. I might learn something new, so I go back to my other vehicles and tweak on those. Keeps me busy. Chuck B Napamule

You make a folder under 'My Documents'. Then you put the texture folders under that 'main folder'. I made a sample pic. Then you fire up WinZip and 'Create a New Zip File' (or simular) and then pick 'Add Folder'. The folders under that 'main folder' will be added automatically. Chuck B Napamule When the user 'EXTRACT' the folders (to a 'Temp' location) they will simply copy the texture FOLDER to their existing Hudson 'Main' folder. Then they will add the (flight.x) sections (that you included in a 'ReadMe.txt' file that you place in the 'Docs & Pics' folder) to their Hudson's aircraft.cfg and then they just do a 'SAVE'.

Oh, you don't cut the springs. You just tie 2 together with zip ties. Two at a time. But you might have to tie at 3 places around the coil. And for 'lubricating' the rubbing surfaces (so they don't sqeek) just use dryer sheets. Rub the parts (may have to disassemble to get to them) wether metal or plastic, and you are done. They have a type of oil that does not gum up. Don't EVER use OIL or OTHER lubricants !!! Chuck B Napamule

Thanks for the comments Chuck. I'll plug those values into the Pioneer FDE tomorrow, looking forward to seeing what improvements they make. I'm still very very new at this, so all pointers are appreciated.
