Heide, Please tell Al that he is in my thoughts and prayers. My father died from COPD, (though he only smoked a pipe briefly in college) and he once described how laborous every breath was. His words were "it's like trying to breathe through a straw." I can imagine that's similar to what Al is going through right now...every breath is a struggle.

Heide, Thanks for letting us know, and I hope Al feels better. It's part of my job to make sure that the legacy and lessons get passed on to my students...but I am now teaching a generation of students who, by 2015-2016, will have been born right around the attack, and have no concept of life before then. It's tough to paint a picture of that reality if you've never known it. When I tell the students where I was and what I was doing when the Challenger blew up, or the tanks in Tiananmen Square, the Berlin Wall being torn down, and the breakup of the Soviet Union, they look at me like I have four heads. (In reality, I only have three...lol :wiggle:)

Highpockets, That's a good question. I sleep well, as a matter of fact, but I can understand the mystery. Let me unravel it for you. I like working on multiple CFS2 projects (typically four to six) simultaneously. This is not to show off or anything, but it's because I tend to get bored easily if I work on something for too long. I have dealt with being ADHD all of my life, and instead of letting it run me, I have learned when to manage it and when to set it free. It actually helps me as a teacher, because I like doing multiple activities and different types of activities during a class period, and consequently my classes are active, lively, and often exciting for my students. In CFS2, it can both be an asset and a detriment, especially if I get a bad case of "ooohhh...something...

The MV Stuka is still one of my favorites. And yes, this was taken at Skyfair last Saturday. We loved it, despite our hotel bill with the big bar tab. :very_drunk:

Just thought I'd start a little discussion. Wish Milviz would take this on like they did the Stuka.

Hey Mort, I ran across a major issue with the Heinkels campaign for the Norwegian missions, and in the process of fixing them, I did a little GSL work and have some questions for you. First, the problem - Starting with mission 10, the Heinkels campaign had you transferring to Herdla airfield, which is a small island that the Luftwaffe built an airfield on. This airfield was always problematic for the campaign, because runway tolerances were so tight; short takeoffs and on-the threshold landings that would make your AI crash into the sea. Something about that always bothered me, so in doing research, I found out that elements of KG 26 transferred to Stavanger-Sola, not Herdla, after departing Trondheim-Vaernes and/or Aalborg, Denmark. Herdla was actually used by ...

Hey guys, After having pushed the 20th Fighter Group out the door, I'm feeling a little adrift, but have some ideas about what to do next. Right now this is where things stand... Projects to finish... The DamBusters / RAF Bomber Command missions Defense of Crete (Fleet Air Arm)

Mick. I THINK I approved the right ones and deleted the correct flawed skins. I put "v3" in the file name to differentiate them. Please check me by making sure that I did what you requested of me. :mixed-smiley-010:

I just now got around to installing Miltons wonderful Grumman S2F-1(I've had the fire bomber versions for some time now)plus the update for the radios and AP, and was wondering if there is a way to turn the search light on and off.Sometimes when I switch to night the search light is on ,but if I turn the lights off the light goes out and I can't find a way to turn it back on.

Stuart, That's odd, usually it's the GSLadd.exe file that causes issues with AVAST. :dizzy: And thanks for the compliments. :very_drunk:
