    @CodyValkyrie At a point one get's tired of knit-picking, and decides if he wanted it done a certain way, he best do it for himself! I'm not alone; and believe I'd speak for several that would say.. bring it on. As a marketeer, I'm sure you'd understand.. A healthy competition within companies, makes for an elevated standard of quality delivered to the consumer. I can't make a certain company correct their products, or admit their mistakes. But what I can do is elevate the standard, and force a strict QC to ensure their continued competence in this niche market. And I think that's a win-win for everybody.

    Unfortunately, I am no longer with this project. Deano would be the best contact, or via Vertigo Studios. - Joseph

    So, it's time to ask; What would you like to see implemented in the C-170B project? We're going to raise the bar on this product, so don't be afraid to raise the bar on your request. Maybe it's something that hasn't even been done in the sim yet.. Fire away. I'm listening. And just to answer a few questions that might otherwise be asked.. Yes there will be a bone stock 'classic' model. Yes there will be a full-on bush model.

    Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9 here... And in regards to those unforgiving Photoshop .psd's, just open them up in GIMP, and re-save as .psd. Then the'll work fine in PSP. - Joseph

    @bjoern I respect your work immensely... It's out of this respect, that I have now included a professionally printed manual, bundled with two of the rewards. Had to check with my printing co., first. But it looks like it would work well! Here we go! Best! - Joseph

    After two years of cumulative research, full-time development of the C-170B aircraft has ensued. This aircraft will be the premier first release of VFRsim. Weíre working exclusively on this project, and no detail is being spared! With the C-170B, we set to introduce a new standard of Flight Simulator add-onís. I'm excited to share some previews, of the many features this product will contain! Itís exciting to pioneer these items of this development, which have not been fully explored by other developers! We're already working with 5 flying examples, with first-hand referencing, and data collection. Again, this is a full-time, expedited project. A few things are certain;

    Interesting perspective Baz, I'd have a hard time believing their list of featured developers all splurged for the $2300.00 Pro Plus. There's lots of little guys in that list.. - Joseph

    Well, I'll be danged to heck... I completely understand the benefit of the 64, with OOM on compile, and such. I apologize..I was on 1.4!! It took a witch hunt through my registry, but I finally found that I was using the 64-bit xtomdl from late late version of 1.x (dated April of '13?), and not the v.2.+ that I had installed as well! Low and behold, I was exporting .mdl with the fsx header tag, as Bill describes. -- Geeze. Guess I had just never opened up the .mdl in a editor to see.

    Baz, I understand what you're trying to say.. To Re-quote "...development licenses are for internal development use only. Deployed systems will require a full commercial license." What they mean, if you read all of their licence(s), is that to 'deploy' a system would be to include the P3D software, with an external system (ie motion simulator), and market that commercially. Internal means add-ons that function within P3D software. Regards, - Joseph

    There's been interesting discussion in the P3D forum, regarding FSX vs P3D compatible aircraft. Thought the post was worth a mention here too.. http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?94839-P3D-vs-non-P3D-aircraft - Joseph
