    Those work for the CH-53, but the MH-53s didnt have those lights activated anymore. When they added the radar and the avionics box to the front, it blocked the landing lights. So we used the single front light just under the windscreen. -Jeff

    I emailed them about fixing the MH-53 ramp and door, as the real aircraft doesnt have the upper door and the ramp is placed horizontal in flight. They never replied of course. Again, some QA would have fixed that too.

    ST0RM started a thread iPad compatable GPS software? in FSX General Discussion
    I'd like to use my iPad as my moving map/GPS display to declutter my main laptop display. I did a search here first, but the results were too varied to narrow something down. Any suggestions? Thanks. -Jeff

    No photos were posted in the thread. I live in Oklahoma and out here in the South/West corner, we do have the Wichita Mountains. Laugh, but its not as flat as Kansas. And they do make for some pretty camping views. Anyhow, Fort Sill owns most of the range, and they do CAS exercises with the F-16s. I've currently got GEX/UTX installed and they dont do these rocks justice. -Jeff

    While only a visual mod (but does work in MP if others have it installed), I've added the FSX flare effect to my Mi-24 Hind. The file can be found at Simviation for sure, and maybe the others. Anyhow, here are the approx. coords for the Hind to have them firing where the ASO-2V is strapped on, under the tail boom. smoke.0=-15.00, 3.0, -3.0, fx_flareLH smoke.1=-15.00,-3.0, -3.0, fx_flareRH

    Antonio Diaz also did some great repaints for the CH-53. Some were even the Pavelow textures with the J-box and radar alpha textured out so they would be transparent, but I could never get them to work in FSX. Bummer as it basically gave us a aux tanked C/D-model. Yep, this is a fun helo.

    Thanks Hani, Your work on the weapons placement just saved me a few hours of tweaking. Speaking of tweaking, did anyone else get bad plots for the outside camera defination views? Mine are in between panels or well far behind the cargo bay, etc. Like someone added a decimal or digit to far to the back or left. They do not point to what they should. Only the pilot's cockpit works correctly. Thanks you again! Jeff
