CFS2 SIAI Marchetti SM.84. In 1940, the Regia Aeronautica received a new addition to its bomber force, the SM.84, that was designed to replace the SM.79, but which never succeeded in equaling the performance of its illustrious predecessor. This was principally due to its lack of maneuverability, making it anything but ideal in the role of torpedo-bomber, and due to the general lack of reliability of its Piaggio P.XI engines. The model is made by William Dickens The airfile and dp are by Pedro Paulo Rezende (Peperez) The panel .bmp is by Phil Perrot (from the Alphasim Collection) The Panel by W. S73 Co-Belligerent Air Force textures by Sopwith Chameleon
This set of textures have been compiled in order to fit the Savoia Marchetti S.73 with Alfa Romeo AR126/RC10 engines v2.1 by Stefano Meneghini, & converted for CFS 2 by UncleTgt. No other changes to the textures have been made.
This is a repaint by Sopwith Chameleon & is based on the North Africa scheme used by SM81 aircraft of the 600 Squadriglia, North Africa 1943.
To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/ copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.
Thanks to: 1150 for providing the texture files for upload, Sopwith for giving permission to upload to SOH.

This rebuild of the stock CFS3 Me 262A-1. Exterior and Interior model reworked, cleaned up than converted to a B-1 model. The model is on the basic side as just has moving parts and working VC for front and rear. No LODs, breaking parts or mouse-able switches and levers. Uses MAPE auto spoiler gauge for the wing slats. Re-texture of Hauke Keitel "KiDI" XML gauges used for the engines. Re-texture done using CFS3 gauge textures so the engine gauges better match the CFS1 gauges used on the main cluster. Flight Dynamics are from Combat Flight Simulator 3's Me 262A-1 and could really use work.
Comes with 3 textures "Red 10" NJG 11, Czechoslovakia Avia CS-92 (Me 262B-1) and a fictional gray paint sort of based off of Franz Stigler Me 262A-1 "White 3" JV 44. Also works in my copy of FSX Gold. I'm not a FS04 or FSX person so if change need to be made feel free to do so.
Update: 12/27/23
Updated model to make pilots 15% bigger. New auto wing slat gauge that retract slats at more historically correct speed. Contrail gauge and effects added so aircraft now makes contrail when under G-load to be more like FSX. Aircraft.cfg [lights] [EFFECTS] [Reference Speeds] updated.
The Fiat C.R.42 was a single-seat fighter biplane which served primarily in Italy's Regia Aeronautica just before and during World War II. The aircraft was produced by the Turin firm, and also served, in smaller numbers, with the air forces of Belgium, Sweden and Hungary. With more than 1,800 built, it was the most widely produced Italian aircraft to take part in World War II. The Fiat C.R.42 was the last of the Fiat biplane fighters to see combat and represented the epitome of the type. RAF Intelligence praised its exceptional manoeuvrability, further noting that the plane was immensely strong. The Fiat C.R.42 made its combat debut with the Belgian Air Force, over Belgium on 10th May 1940. Complete aircraft, features the usual moving parts, such as all flight controls. Many different liveries (Regia Aeronautica/Belgian Air Force/Swedish Air Force/Hungarian Air Force). VC only. GMax Models and Skins by Manuele Villa & Italianwings, Flight dynamics, Handling notes and Tutorials by FSAviator, Sounds by Tim Dement. It works also (Tested) in FSX (NOT Acceleration).
