This is a redo of the external (fuselage) texture for the CR-100 using 4096x4096 texture size. I also did a carbon fiber VC panel, also included. PLEASE read the readme, otherwise you'll end up copying over something you may not want to. Enjoy!

Just Flight Mitsubishi A6M Zero Original Repaint for FSX.zip
This is my repaint of the Mitsubishi A6M2 Reisen (Zero). My repaint shows her in her glory on the Attack on Pearl Harbor. AI-154 was only three months old at the time. And this is what she may have looked like. Clean, new, and sharp! All though the exact color scheme is not known for sure, eye witness reports of the aircraft color scheme at Pearl Harbor indicate some were a chalky white, a green grey, and some said they were brownish in color. There was little time to take pictures at the time, much less color photos. Every effort was made to make an exact model.
At 08:10 at Pearl Harbor on 7 December 1941, anti-aircraft fire from USS Helm and Fort Kamehameha, to south of Hickam, brings down PO1c Takeshi Hirano's Zero fighter, AI-154. Hirano was wingman to the leader of the 1st wave escorts. He crashed into Building 52 at Fort Kamehameha killing himself and 3 soldiers. During Pearl Harbor attack, aircraft carrier AKAGI had only one A6M2 shot down: the plane flown by Hirano. Japanese pilots had total devotion on duty, include the self-sacrifice if was necessary. The Japanese lost a total of 29 airplanes.
I have repainted much of the cockpit, added graphics, and the entire fuselage. Remember to always make a backup of your files in case you don't like mine.
Many thanks to the authors of this aircraft at Just Flight! Of course, this aircraft is available for sale at Justflight.com.
