How do you add an attachment to a PM

Not sure where to post this, Are you allowed to add attachments to a PM and how do you do it? Thanks in advance for any help received.

I don't think its possible. When you want to send an image you can post a link to an image hosting site like photobucket. For other attachments I think you will need to use your e-mail.
