Firepower ETO B24 Skins uploaded

Soon there will be some ETO specific Fire Power B-24 skins available for download. Recommend creating the 2 standalones and ai aircraft as shown in the readme document as the planes have a companion mission pack which will be uploaded at a later date.

These textures are based upon Ndicki's excellent FP B-24J template. I just dabbed some paint on them. My thanks to Ndicki for the use of his template.
