My OS is on a SSD and flight sim is on another drive, if I decide to upgrade to windows 10 would I have to reinstall the flight sim and all the add ons? Does Linda work on windows 10 64 bit?

No it will all work as FSX on the second drive is all tagged in the Windows registry.

I upgraded to Win10 with FSX (and P3d) on a separate drive and it went without a hitch. No need to re-install FSX, although you may find some payware add-ons will need re-installing if they use anti-piracy measures that detect OS changes.
Linda works fine.

But you may need to upgrade your graphics drivers to avoid 'black screen' problems in FSX.
