missing CFS2 P-40 panel files

The CFS2 P-40's panel refers to the following gauges that my systme doesn't appear to have.

Bendix_King_Radio!Bendix-King Radio Nav-Comm 1
Bendix_King_Radio!Bendix-King Radio Nav-Comm 2
Bendix_King_Radio!Bendix-King Radio DME
Bendix_King_Radio!Bendix-King Radio Xpndr
Bendix_King_Radio!Bendix-King Radio AP

It also refers to the following bitmaps that I don't have.

$_gauges_1.bmp
D.bmp

The CFS2 P-36 has similar problems. In addition to those listed above, the following files are missing.

Lear_45.autopilot
Cessna_182.vacuum_amps
FDG2_P47!G-Force

Where can I get these files?

You should find Bendix_King_Radio.gau in your FS9 Gauges folder. It is a default gauge that supplies the BK radios used in most of the small default planes. Have you run a gauge cleaner program in the past?
You can find it on your FS9 CDs. I'm not at my FS rig at the moment, but I think the gauges are located on Disk 3 in a CAB file, which you can browse with Windows Explorer or WinZIP.

The missing bitmaps are unneeded and stuff we forgot to clean up before release. Does no harm without them as the sub-panels where they're listed don't use backgorund bitmaps.

On the P36...
Lear_45.autopilot is a legacy FS98 gauge and should be included with a full install of FS9. You can substitute "Lear_45!Autopilot" for "Lear_45.autopilot" in the panel.cfg to use the default FS2004 Lear_45.gau instead.
Cessna_182.vacuum_amps is another FS98 legacy gauge. Substitute "Cessna!Vacuum_Ampermeter" to use the FS2004 Cessna.gau

FDG2_P47!G-Force is one of our custom gauges. I'll attach it to this post.
