Hello community.:wavey:

I've tried to upload my finished Zeppelins, the LZ-114 and the Dixmude, to the Warbirds Library. But I've got always, either for FS2004 or FSX the error: Upload error - 'file is larger than maximum size permitted for this filetype'.

It's twice a combined zipped folder file with both separated zipped aircrafts inside. The whole zip-folders are not more than 33.3 MB for FS9 and 34.1MB each.

The size of the appropriate JPEG image I want to submit is only 664KB.....

What am I doing wrong??...( well, it's my first time for a direct upload to SOH...so maybe errors could happen...)

But I do not want to upload them to e.g. Flightsim.com or Simviation before SOH get them first....but if it's so difficult:banghead:

Greets,

Andreas,

The .zip file size should not matter. I would try reducing the dimensions of the picture (.jpeg) to no more than 300kb before attempting to upload. As the SOH librarian, I am in charge of approving all files, so my hunch is the screenshot is what is causing you the biggest problem.

All right Rami,

I'll reduce the JPeg file.

Thanks for the hint.
