FSUIPC 4.949 version released

FSUIPC 4.949 changes since 4.92
NOTE that this version works with FSX (RTM, SP1, SP2, ACC), FSX Steam Edition (62607- 62615), and
Prepar3D versions 2.5 (12942-12946), 3.0 (14945) and 3.1(15831).

Note: ESP is no longer supported, nor are versions of P3D before 2.5, though it may still work
on versions 1.4 through to 2.4.

This version is suitable for Prepar3D versions 2.5 - 3.1, and FSX Steam Edition builds 62607-62615.
