Looks like the Edmunston, New Brunswick Lancaster Mk.X that's been sitting outdoors for a dog's age is going to get the restoration treatment to be made airworthy again. (http://www.aero-news.net/subsite.cfm?do=main.textpost&id=5a6d0cf7-c9bf-43a9-bc78-3b5b611f2df6) I remember seeing this particular aircraft sited in a fenced off area by the side of the highway during a family vacation to the Maritimes way back in 1974. It'd certainly be nice to see her flying again.

Interesting that the intention is to keep her in a post-war RCAF scheme as opposed to painting it up as a wartime bomber. The post war schemes were very striking and would be a unique change of pace...
