also texel and De Kooy in Netherlands by ndicki to ETO

Yes I've thought that'd be a nice touch. In the old ETO install I had both Texel and his Biscay operating in QC. Ndicki admitted it wasn't perfect, but at least it gave you a much missed option in QC.
