Refueling

Okay, giving some things working on involves shuttle missions such as at Tsili Tsili, Torokina etc, where planes often refueled en route and heading back to actual bases at PM, Barakoma, Munda etc.Most fields I use are MR scenery so its not issue but two key ones Tsili Tsili and Toronkina do not have this ability.Long ago I used the fuelADF mode which adds ADF(annnoying as would have an out of place tower at the fields, in torokinas case end of runway in way of flight ops) and also its been a while, the readme is not clear where said files go exactly. I use from Tsili Tsili scenery which is not stock but not MR, will have to look who made it, got it from the downloads here.Bottom line, anyone know how to fix this or know of a better alternative? Definitely need ability to land and refuel though, rearm if possible.

Use this little bgl from Martin Wright posted by Sarg Willy and place it on your airfield with the MB. It says it is for seaplane refueling but it works just fine for a refuel point on an airfield as well. Put a truck or something in the same spot so you can find it it when you fly in. I don't know of any tool that lets you rearm though. Anyone else know of some way to do that?

Thanks, exactly what I was looking for. I could swear MR's airfields rearm you when near the red marker but could be wrong.

The only way I know of to re-arm within CFS2 whether its FF, QC or in missions is by hitting the Alt Key to bring down the drop down menu, select Change Modify Aircraft and then re-enter the game.

In multi couldn't you re-arm by shutting down. Its been so long I can't remember. As for missions and campaigns I don't think you can re-arm.

You can also use FSSC to add fuel areas to the scenery. Thats how I've done all of my WWI airfields.

True Bloodhawk but I'm not sure that FSSC will work on the newer Windows versions. I still run XP so that I avoid issues with the old tools.
