What is ETO?

Hi, there.
Sorry for the stupid question. However I did not find any hint of what ETO is in the forum.
I know it is an axpansion for CFS3. However, which theater of operations does it cover?
Before downloading more than one Giga I wold like to know a little bit more.

The ETO is an updated version of CFS3 ETO with many extras!!
European Theater of Operations.
This is more of what MS probably intended CFS3 to be.
Check it out, you won't be sorry.
