Description: This is a repaint of the Milviz J-4E J Phantom II representing VF-143 number 113. On 20 June 1962, the unit was redesignated VF-143 and began its transition to the F-4 Phantom (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F-4_Phantom). They deployed seven times during the Vietnam War (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vietnam_War). The squadron was credited with the downing of the first MiG-21 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MiG-21) in 1967, lead by R.M. Hooper LtCmdr; call sign: "Pacer".
