Sounds like fun, Ickie.

Gas may be the final stages of anesthetic wearing off. Sounds like you are extraordinarily sensitive to caffeine consumption. Are you getting enough water?

Keep well hydrated Ron, most important.
Sounds as if the sugar in the soft drinks give you a boost, careful of the levels, Diabetes might be lurking in your system.
If your hand is the entry point for the Cannula and your system is a bit run down that will take a little bit of time to heal.
Just try to kick back and take some 'Ron Time' ............. :173go1:
Hope the treatment does the business and you'll get back to your normal self.

Yes, indeed - and that Gatorade is a good idea in moderation. Drinking too much water can lower your electrolyte level due to dilution. Gatorade will help restore that. The electrolyte in your system is what enables and enhances nerve impulses. Its best use is in replacing electrolyte lost due to heavy perspiration and exertion. What you're using it for is also a good use. I was told if you drink it and it seems to be sweet rather than tart, you need it. I don't see you lifting weights or running half-marathons (at least not yet, anyway) so using just enough to feel good seems to be the way to go. Ask your dr. about how much you should use.

I'd be real careful with the Gatorade and the soft drinks. Both contain sugar and sodium, soft drinks contain high levels of sugar and sodium. I know it's not fun, but there really is no substitute for plain old water.

Ickie, if you went to Walmart and then back home you're good to go! Walmart shopping
will drain a fully healthy person in no time! Glad you're feeling better!

Ickie you better be careful going into WallyWorld with all the good looking babes that walk around . It might raise your blood pressure :icon_redface:

I rarely go shopping at Wally World (or any malls for that matter) since by the time I walk from where I parked my car to the front door I'm usually exhausted and too tired to go much further... :dizzy:
