The information in the article is very poor. The Ejercito del Aire don't operate the A-400M. This aircraft was being tested by the factory, prior to be send to his owner. Some rumours said that this aircraft was for the Turkish Air Force, but not additional info was released at this moment.

A400M #MSN23 bound for Turkish AF is what I hear from Airbus US.

Sad news. Of course at this stage, reports are sketchy at best but what is certain is that whatever went wrong was at or just after takeoff and they were trying to make an immediate return to the field. Beyond that, only a thorough investigation will uncover and address the cause & till then, I hope and pray for the safety of all other A400M Crews. May the Crew R.I.P. and their families find peace in this difficult time.....
